Arpeco's Quick Load Single Die Station was designed for precision blank label production.

The die module offers easy horizontal loading capabilities and is ideally positioned for fast die change overs significantlt reducing production down time and increasing efficiency.

The design features a rugged cast housing and heavy duty anvil with a capstan roll for rewinding of sensitive matrix.

Engagement of the module in the cutting position is simple and positive. When the module is not required for production, it readily swings to the stowed position for increased operator comfort and safety while resuming operation of slitting, rewinding and verification of labels.

The die module uses a 4 roller over bearer assembly and accepts most press manufacturer's dies with repeats from 8" to 18".

Note: this die station is also retrofittable.
