• With a legacy of award winning quality, CPS has taken the Impressionist to the next level. Understanding the need to reduce make ready times, CPS has added “Automatic Plate Cylinder Positioning” (APCP) to the primographic print head. This allows the impression to be set by simply pushing a button and eliminates the need for “preset” bearing blocks. This, coupled with the Masterchange System, puts the Impressionist at the forefront in terms of make ready time.
• The carton Impressionist is offered in three widths, 16, 21, and 26.
• With new press controls, a superior UV system, chill rolls, and a temperature controlled print head, our machine is capable of running 700 f/m
• With a new “walk in” accessible print unit, our machine is now very easy to work around.
• A heavy duty modular cutting and creasing system consists of a servo driven in-feed, a servo driven modular die station, and a servo driven pin/ part stripping system. With its ability to run bearerless solid and flexible dies, tooling life is maximized and tooling cost is minimized. Its modular design allows for complete offline setup.
