The PREMIER features the familiar TRACKER ® operator friendly web path and intuitive controls and includes many other standard TRACKER ® features, such as:

• Precision ground steel main plate
• Electronic web guide (suitable for opaque and clear materials)
• Automatic roll-end slowdown (without use of roll-followers or external sensors)
• Cast drawhead with easy-access nip roller
• Heavy duty quadrant with hard/soft roll and inside/outside wrap selection
• Large 2616 mm (103”) inspection table with master roll and adjustable fault-editing splice positions
• Diaphragm-chamber web clamps

In addition, each PREMIER includes the following standard features:

• Fast acting electro-magnetic brake
• Arpeco clutch with 4 independently selectable friction pads
• Automatic open-loop unwind tension compensation
