HTI series

The Rotoflex Model HTI is a computer controlled two-pass processing machine for the automatic, high-speed verification and certification of products for security sensitive industries including pharmaceutical labels and leaflets.

On the first pass, the Model HTI functions as a bi-directional inspection machine which reverses the web to an operator correction position when faults are detected, and then re-inspects the web to ensure that the necessary corrections have been performed. When the entire web has been verified to be 100% correct, the machine enters a unidirectional mode to perform the finishing functions of slitting and rewinding. This non-stop second pass improves slitting accuracy and enhances rewind roll tension consistency.

The HTI will accommodate multiple inspection functions such as bar-code verification, matrix/missing label detection, flag mill-splice detection, as well as print quality and content verification. It also can be equipped with multiple slitting methods, a leader and trailer creation system, as well as multiple-row back numbering. Log reports for audit tracking and core-label printing systems are also available.
