eVision

The eVision C I inspection system is the newest member of the ROTOFLEX inspection line of products.This camera based, simple to operate vision system is aimed at printers in the general, cosmetics and pharmaceutical label production, who require consistent and objective quality control of their production. It can be installed on the printing press or on an inspection rewinder. The eVision C I can be easily retrofitted to existing equipment.

eVision C I uses a reference based inspection method. During a “Learn” process, the system stores a known good image and then compares it with each consecutive image using tolerances for colour deviation, registration and defect size. Setup is a simple three step process and takes less than a minute.
