Nikka Integrated Quality Control System
The Nikka Integrated Quality Control System is an On Press or In Line Inspection Unit integrated into the finishing end of label production. The total On Line System will inspect your finished products for all types of potential errors and will compare to the original PDF file used to manufacture the plates.
Offline Digital Reference Inspection ODRI
ODRI is a scanner based inspection system, which compares analogue or digital master (PDF or TIFF) with the printed product. It is designed to verify the correctness of the printed image and detect pre-press errors, plate and print defects.
