The PREMIER-SD enhances the performance of the already successful PREMIER product line through the incorporation of a multi-motor Servo Drive web transport system. Available in a variety of configurations, the PREMIER-SD can be configured to suit the needs of converters with high performance requirements on a wide range of materials.

The PREMIER-SD 20/20 combines our multi-motor Servo Drive web transport technology with our patented Shuttle Retrieval system to provide bidirectional inspection, fault editing and re-inspection of high value added or security sensitive products —all in a single pass.

Platform 2020

The Platform 20/20 is the first web processing system to combine the benefits of bidirectional inspection, fault editing and reinspection with unidirectional slitting, counting, lead & tail creation and inkjet printing - all in a single pass. This is achieved through the use of a unique, patented shuttle retrieval system, located between the unwind and outfeed nip, which buffers material and allows detected faults to be retrieved, corrected and re-inspected, without moving the unwind or rewind rolls.
